Among the specialities we are famous for:

  • soups and first courses with spelt, like traditional soup made with string beans, herbs, pork rinds and extra virgin olive oil from the hills of Lucca
  • garmugia, a Spring soup prepared with onions, green peas, artichokes, fresh broad beans, asparagus, meat, bacon, beef broth and olive oil, accompanied by homemade toasted bread croutons
  • soups with seasonal vegetables
  • Luccese porridge, made with borlotti beans, black cabbage, tomato, bacon and corn flour
  • tordelli, fresh pasta stuffed with beef or pork meat, with parmesan cheese, eggs, herbs and bread softened with meat broth
